How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@iptvinca.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the specific content or channel you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact details — name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices may take longer to process, or may need to be resubmitted with the missing information.
Our Process
Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified content. We aim to respond to valid notices promptly.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@iptvinca.com including:
- Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be a repeat infringer of copyright, in line with these terms and our Terms & Conditions.
